Growing up in the south of Johannesburg, Paballo and Tshepiso were the only children of their parents, yet they never grew up alone. Their home was part of an extended family and a neighbourhood bound by mutual support — tight-knit, resilient, and shaped by the realities of a post-apartheid economy.

Material means were scarce, but the spirit of giving was abundant. Their parents, despite little, modelled empathy and communal care. That legacy, and the strong Christian values woven through it, became the twin roots of the sisters’ work today.

Their parents’ unwavering belief in the power of education and compassion left a lasting mark. Even when resources were limited, the family found ways to support neighbours, share meals, and encourage children to stay in school. Paballo and Tshepiso learned early that success is not measured by what you accumulate, but by what you give back.

Today, Tshepiso is a chartered accountant working in audit in the United Kingdom, and Paballo is a junior analyst at an investment bank in Johannesburg. Their careers are a testament to the values instilled by their parents. Their shared passion for making a positive impact is not only a reflection of gratitude but also a commitment to pay it forward.

Through their respective roles and initiatives, they aim to give back to the community that supported them, hoping to inspire and uplift others along the way.
